On November 9, 2021, INCRP, Inc., applicant for a new noncommercial radio station on 89.7 FM, at Russiaville, Indiana, filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission for a construction permit. INCRP was formed to establish a network of broadcast stations to provide entertainment, education and support to your / our community.
