On , March 17, 2025, INCRP, Inc. permittee of unbuilt radio station WWED, 89.7 FM, Russiaville, Indiana, filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission for consent to assign the station to Community Broadcasting, Inc. Members of the public wishing to view this application or to obtain information about how to file comments and petitions can visit https://www.fcc.gov/stationsearch and search in the list of WWED's filed applications.

Welcome to the home of this community driven, nonprofit based organization of volunteers. INCRP was formed to establish a media outlet to provide entertainment, education and support to your / our community. This organization is fueled by a passion for education, but also for serving the community in a manner that takes the commercialized component out of the equation. Our team of volunteers have committed to provide news, events, education, support and entertainment that spans all age groups as well as brings a voice to the community, from the community.
